General Policies
We usually will ship In-Stock merchandise within 1 to 3 days from date of order except at peak or "rush" times of the year. If we run out of something, we will backorder the item and ship it as soon as it is available to us. There is no additional charge to ship backorders (unless this was a discounted/actual shipping order).
Shipping by "3 DAY", "2 DAY", or "NEXT DAY AIR" IS EXPENSIVE!! You may call us to place an expedited shipment order.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN ARE FOR THE USA LOWER 48 STATES (THIS INCLUDES ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS). WE DO SHIP WORLD-WIDE and we will email you shipping options/prices and allow you to make the choice.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Return Policies
Unused/unassembled merchandise in its original packaging can be returned for a Full Refund (less shipping - If you received free shipping because of the dollar value of the order, we will deduct actual shipping charges from any credit issued) only for 30 days from the date of sale. All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order (after 30 days, a 20% handling charge will be imposed - and the shipping charges) to receive full credit - less shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. If your order was shipped with Village Spinning & Weaving paying your shipping charges, those charges will be deducted from your credit.
No returns on looms, spinning wheels, any special ordered item, goods not in their original packaging, or other common-sense rules.

Store Privacy Policies
Village Spinning & Weaving does not share information about our customers with anyone. Your addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, email addresses etc. will not be shared. All credit card transaction information is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. If you are still not comfortable sending your credit card information this way, call the toll free credit card number and key your number in this way.
